Handmade Goods

Every crystal tree, wire-wrapped piece, and kit is handmade in Maine by Emily. Because these are made from natural stone and hand-formed wire, no two pieces are exactly alike.

– **Natural variation is normal, not a flaw.** Stone color, shape, size, and inclusions vary piece to piece. Edge-drilled beads, slightly imperfect symmetry, and small irregularities are part of working with natural materials, not defects.

– Photos are a true representation of the style and quality you’ll receive, but the exact stones in your piece or kit may differ slightly from the photo.

Not Medical Advice

Emily is a licensed RN and Reiki-certified practitioner, and crystal work is part of her personal practice — but crystal trees, kits, and workshops are offered for creative, intentional, and personal wellness purposes only.

– All information, products, and services provided — including anything shared in workshops, kits, insert cards, or on this site — is intended to be **supportive only**, and should not replace or be considered medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

– Crystals and related practices are not scientifically proven to cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

– Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, and never delay or forgo professional care because of anything learned here.

Orders & Payment

– Orders are confirmed once payment is processed in full.

– Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice; the price at checkout is what you’ll be charged.

– Sales tax is applied per applicable state law and calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination.

– We accept credit and debit cards.

Returns & Exchanges

– Because each item is handmade to order, **all sales are final** on kits and finished pieces, except in cases of damage during shipping or a manufacturing error on our end.

– If your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, contact allheartseverything@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund).

– Natural stone variation, as described above, is not considered a defect and isn’t eligible for return.

– Digital products (guides, workbooks, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased, since they’re delivered instantly.

Workshops

– Spots are reserved upon payment. Class sizes are limited, so registration isn’t guaranteed until payment is complete.

– **Cancellations (tickets purchased directly through All Hearts Everything):** Cancel at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund or credit toward a future class. Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, but your spot may be transferred to someone else — just let us know who’s coming in your place.

– **Cancellations (tickets purchased through a third-party venue or platform):** If you booked through a partner venue or outside registration system, that third party’s cancellation and refund policy applies — please refer to them directly for changes.

– Emily reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, illness, or venue issues; in that case, you’ll be offered a full refund or a spot in a future session.

– Materials are provided; please arrive on time so you don’t miss the opening intention-setting.

Intellectual Property

– The crystal tree build process, techniques, and instructional content are proprietary to All Hearts Everything and are shared for personal, non-commercial use only when included with a kit or workshop.

– Please don’t reproduce, teach, or resell the process itself without written permission. You’re always welcome to share and sell what you make!

– All photos, branding, and written content on this site belong to All Hearts Everything unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

All Hearts Everything is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, kits, or workshops. Kits include small stones, beads, and wire — please keep away from small children and pets, and supervise children during workshops.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Shipping Information

Processing Time

– Kits and finished pieces are handmade and shipped from Maine.

– Please allow **up to 10 business days** for your order to be made and packed before it ships. During busier seasons (holidays, Halloween/Scorpio season, etc.) processing may run toward the higher end — we’ll always keep you posted.

Shipping Time & Carriers

– Orders ship via USPS, typically arriving within **3–5 business days** after processing, depending on your location.

– You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

– We currently ship within the U.S. Need something shipped internationally? Reach out to allheartseverything@gmail.com and we’ll put together a quote.

Shipping Costs

– Shipping costs are $7.99 flat rate for the continental United States.

– Free shipping on orders over $100.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

– Once a package leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’re happy to help track it down if something looks off.

– If your package arrives damaged, please contact allheartseverything@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

– Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we’re not able to cover reshipping costs for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup / Market Pickup

Local pickup in the Saco, Maine area is available, and pickup may also be possible at traveling markets or workshop locations — subject to availability. If you’d like this option, select it at checkout or reach out to allheartseverything@gmail.com to coordinate.
